By creating an account or using MenuGenius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Use license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MenuGenius for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app to violate any law or anyone's rights.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

3. Health & nutrition disclaimer

MenuGenius provides AI-generated menu recommendations and calorie estimates for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific dietary needs.

Calorie and macro values are estimates. Real values can differ based on portion size, preparation, and ingredients the restaurant doesn't list publicly.

4. Allergies & food safety

MenuGenius is not a substitute for allergen information from the restaurant. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or medical condition, you must verify ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from menu items recommended by the app.

5. Accuracy of menu information

Restaurant menus are sourced from third parties and processed with AI. Items, prices, and availability change frequently and we cannot guarantee that what you see in the app matches the restaurant in real time. Treat MenuGenius as a guide, not the truth.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Some features may be offered as a paid subscription through the App Store. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by the App Store under its own terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your device's account settings.

7. Privacy

Your use of MenuGenius is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

MenuGenius is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuGenius and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app — including lost profits, data, or health outcomes.

9. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of MenuGenius after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
